John Harper of The Harper Team in San Ramon, CA, and I are presenting free blogging seminars on why blogging is the next generation real estate marketing tool for the Realtor's online presence. We'll be very pragmatic on the steps Realtors can take to create a successful, marketing-oriented, lead generating blog.
