Commercial Real Estate Resources
In order to prepare for the Project Blogger challenge coaching the development of a commercial real estate blog with London Whitted, I've been checking internet resources for commercial real estate. I discover it's hard to find local statistics on even basic multiunit commercial transactions let alone hotel/motels and gas stations.
Commercial seems to be a bright spot in the tech-oriented Bay Area:
- SF office rents surging, vacancy rates fall - Contra Costa Times, March 26, 2007
- San Mateo 2.0: Startups find San Mateo a friendly place to do business - San Mateo Daily Journal, March 23, 2007
- Spaces and Places: Investors more enamored with Silicon Valley real estate - San Jose Mercury, March 13, 2007
