Carnival of Real Estate - the Slide Show Edition

I've recently been illustrating ideas on slide show presentations using Slideshare.net. Here are three reasons why I like to use slideshows as blog posts:
  1. Gets the point across immediately. Reason - must use less than 20 words to illustrate a point in order to maintain slideshow continuity and flow. No one will read details.
  2. Visual reinforcement, similar to a video
  3. Slideshow downloadable and distributable
One odd problem with Slideshare.net. The links to the Carnival articles are intact in the embedded presentation below (and they needed to be placed near the center of the slide (?!), but on Slideshare.net's site, they don't work.

I'm now experimenting with Flowgram.com, essentially Slideshare with audio narrative. There are a variety of online media applications - video, Twitter, Seesmic, Slideshare, Flowgram - that can be leveraged to distribute powerful marketing messages that would be appreciated by your client base.

And on to the Carnival!

(Pardons, if the link in the slideshow does not work, please find the link below)
