Future of Commercial Real Estate
We ran late with our Active Rain Project Blogger entry making sure the design and the architecture worked the way we want it. Thanks goes to Jon Washburn for Project Blogger and Mary at RSS Pieces for assisting with our entry Future of Commercial.
London, Future of Commercial's author, and I have had a great time putting the blog together. The objective of Future of Commercial is quite simple: create a forum for the niche arena of commercial real estate. We look to other specialty blogs like Bigger Pockets (investment), CondoDomain (condo markets) and FoREM (industry/tech watcher, and thx Joel for being the pioneer of the "Future of" names) as models for how we'll develop content.
Future of Commercial will be innovative. RSSPieces has developed a most flexible platform to work from... we'll develop multiple blogs with industry contributors and develop a listings system (note: commercial RE has no MLS and few national listings services - that will be a discussion point in later posts)
London has a lot of stories to share about how he transitioned from residential to commercial loans. He'll take the role of educating commercial newcomers on how the industry works. We're also recruiting commercial agents who want to write about their markets, the new developments and the idiosyncrasies of their hometowns.
Subscribe to Future of Commercial and watch it grow!
