Carnival and a Pickup Game
Nigel's Carnival of Real Estate celebrates my favorite sport's March Madness. The only problem with the blogging community is we can't all assemble some evening at my favorite gym in SF and have a pickup game. So this is what I'll try to do... during Inman's Bloggers Connect conference in SF this July 31, I'll reserve a gym (hopefully my buddy who works there will do it) for a pickup game Monday, July 30 from 4:30 - on to dinner. You East Coasters can fly in early because of the time difference. I noticed at Inman NYC, everyone I met seemed over 6'4" (Damon, Rudy, Joel, Reggie will be there too) so it should be quite a ruckus. Up for it?

Pat,
One note: Athol Kay's "Buyer Rebates Are Taxable Income" may make for enjoyable reading, but it is wrong. Buyer rebates are not taxable income.
