The Harper Team - Mike Price picked it right as his Featured Real Estate Blog... he compliments the local content and web design. John is at his best "photo albuming" and commenting on local events to draw in community readers who are, like everyone else, voyeuristic. The blog feels like a community newspaper... these kinds of blogs should be on Placeblogger.
The Property Showcase Blog -
The SF Connection - James Aduna has started a unique blog that surveys most if not all of the major new developments in San Francisco's SOMA downtown. Click on the properties listed in the Developments sidebar for a handsome picture and writeup. James will monitor sales within these developments... one big potential may be including video clips for each property. It's a blog that acts like a destination website and niche targets consumers specifically interested in tracking SOMA... could be a sticky play.
