Project Bloodhound

Greg at Bloodhound has embarked on a project to catalogue the real estate blog universe, and he's spidering out to other bloggers to find all of them. Here's a compilation of blogs I follow, many of them fairly new, that supplements Greg's original list.

Erik from Eppraisal has a mashup RealtyAppMap that matches the real estate sites and blogs to their location. Perhaps Greg and Erik might work together on this.

The folks at Pittsburgh Homes Daily blog cataloged 500 Real estate blogs back in October. Amazing. Here's the link. I tried to post it on Bloodhound but it would not let me.

Thanks Pat for introducing me to more local blogs. I couldn't agree more with Dean! Our new mls version is so slow I can search faster on Yahoo! real estate, go figure.

Thanks Melanie, Joe and Dean... frankly although a "list" is interesting, I think mapping the blogs on a map like RealtyAppMap and using it as a resource for consumers and other users interested in local real estate is far more useful. Particularly as this real estate blog world grows.
