Useful Treo Utilities for the Real Estate professional

I just replaced my Treo. I had one of the first Treo 600s and it survived well over two years despite the usual hell these phones go through. Treos were made for the deadline-oriented real estate world.
Tonight's a simple post... Jim Kimmons' authoritative Real Estate Technology blog lists and describes 17 Treo utilities - I already have a majority of them on my phone.
For Treo newbies, this list is all you need... (Jim missed freeware Keycaps that bypasses the use of the shift key for caps, and DirAssist for finding phone #s, addresses and maps of your target)
btw, you'll scroll the Treo utilities via an interesting application called Trailfire. This is the first time I've seen it being used, but my immediate reaction was this free application could work for creating a Realtor's open house presentation.

Hi Lar, you'll notice all my posts are after 10:00... the hours between 9:00 and 12:00 have always been my most creative... and I do everything after my kids are in bed...

I took a quick look at TrailFire, which looks similar to Diigo. Very interesting concept, but I assume both of these work only on pages with static web addresses? My excitement about both these tools is that they could potentially be used to create a dialogue with my clients on various properties; the problem is, most MLS sites don't have a static web address associated with each property listing. Any thoughts?

Here in Minnesota agents can use their treo to open electronic lock boxes on homes and to get a complete list of local agents and homes on the market.
But you still would have to pry my balckberry from my cold dead hands. When it dies of old age I'll move on . . . .
